At L’ESSENCE PARIS, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our products, the following terms apply to returns and refunds.

Fragrances and Oils

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened or used fragrances and oils cannot be returned or refunded.

To return a fragrance or oil, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received.

Diffusers and Other Products

Diffusers and other products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and components.

Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, improper installation, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and provide a solution.

We may request photographs or videos of the product and its packaging to process the claim.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from an error by L’ESSENCE PARIS or when the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we determine otherwise after reviewing the case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Before Making a Return

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Contact us to receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.
